I am a former early childhood educator who turned into an instructional designer and e-learning developer.
I am an open-minded person who looks forward to any opportunity to improve my learners' skills whenever I analyze problems or gaps and collaborate with others.
I create high-impact, engaging learning experiences to motivate, enhance, and elevate learners' performance, skills, and engagement. I believe in a learner-centered approach to learning that focuses on the learner's unique needs and interests.
I believe in learners-centered approaches that advocate for students to be involved or engaged and participate in the learning process by allowing them to solve problems, make decisions, and construct their own knowledge through discovering, experimenting, scenario-based learning, and exploring the environment exposed to them.
As a former early childhood development teacher and an upcoming instructional designer and eLearning developer who believes that if a child can not learn the way we teach, we should teach the way they learn- "Ignacio Estrada" I believe in creating an engaging and fun environment that meet the needs and interest of all learners.
